2016-Shifter Stories and a Whole Lot More

Almost another year over and I’ve already been writing and planning stories for 2016. I’ll be writing more stories in both my Kalispell Shifters and Big Sky County series. And yes, for those who follow Perfect Pairing, Sadie will be back next year too.

I’ll also be adding to my newly launched Regency Rogues and Rakes series. And I’ll working on two new shifter series. I already have a title for one of them and it’s Forbidden Shifters. I know many of you love the bear shifters and that’s what this series will be all about. Here’s a sneak peak at covers for the first three stories I’m currently working on-

Miracle Wolf for Christmas-Kalispell Shifters

The second holiday story for this year is for my Kalispell Shifters series. I know bears are a huge favorite but for this one I opted to tell the story about one of the wolf shifters. His name is Kent and he’s the cousin of Nick from A Wolf’s Mate. Kent’s not a fan of Christmas and as the story opens it’s Christmas Eve and he runs into some trouble.

I won’t give away the plot but let’s just say he finds himself spending Christmas with someone who’s driving him crazy, and in a place no wolf ever wants to be.

There’s some humor, there are some tears, and yes, there’s a miracle for this holiday season.

Two New Holiday Stories

I always try to write at least one holiday focused story and this year I’ve penned two.

The first one is Brody for the Big Sky County series. He’s a cowboy on a mission to find his biological father who he hopes still lives in Riker’s Creek. I won’t give away the reason he needs to find him but let’s just say it’s the season of miracles and Brody gets more than he ever wished for when Christmas Day rolls around. This story will be released on November 26th…Thanksgiving Day for those in the US. And a huge thank you to Shannon who offered the name for this cowboy!

The second story is Miracle Wolf for Christmas and it’s part of my Kalispell Shifters series. I know bears are a huge favorite for readers of the series, but this time it’s a wolf shifter who finds his human mate. Once again I tried to focus on the wonderful things that can happen when people least expect it. The release date for this one is December 17th.

Bear of Interest-Kalispell Shifters

If you’ve already read A Bear’s Baby, you already know Brady Walsh’s nemesis, Dr. Cole MacDonald. At the end of A Bear’s Baby, Cole found himself in a predicament. He’d shifted, gone for a run, and stumbled upon the body of a dead woman. Always one to do the right thing, Cole calls 911.

However, in Bear of Interest, he realizes he might have brought trouble to the shifters, especially when forensics find only bear prints near the crime scene, and nothing human. But not all is lost for Cole. The lead detective is Samantha Hardy. She’s got her eye on Cole and not only in a professional way. Can a cop and a bear shifter make the perfect pair?

If you’ve read Protected by the Bear, you’ll already know Brady Walsh and Jenna Paxton. Brady’s company’s been ordered to shut down work on the new housing project he’s been overseeing due to fear of soil contamination. He needs a good lawyer and once again calls upon Jenna for her expertise. However, this time Jenna’s got other plans for Brady.

Upcoming New Series-Regency Rakes and Rogues

You’ve probably guessed I love writing stories that are part of a series. As well as my favorite shifters and cowboys, I enjoy historical books, especially those set during the Regency period. I’ve penned two trilogies in that genre so I thought it was time to work on a series. This one I’m calling Regency Rakes and Rogues. I’m currently working on book one in the series which I’ve titled Pleasured by a Lord. I’ve included chapter one in the re-released edition of The Pleasure Room. I finished the first draft last night. This will be my first all new self-published venture so fingers crossed! Once I’m done with editing and polishing it, it’s off to the eagle eyes of a professional editor.

I’ll be giving you updates on this book as I get closer to a release date but for now here’s a first look at the cover-

Big Sky County-Book Seven-Cash

If you’re following along with the Big Sky County series, you’ll already know Cash. He first appeared in Connor where he bid on Connor’s sister Katy. Just like the Nolan-Delaney’s, Cash’s family had a skeleton in their closet which was revealed in Ryan.

In this story it’s back to present day Montana with Katy and Cash heading off to Las Vegas where she hopes that the relationship will move from the platonic stage it’s been stuck in for the last few months.

However, Cash Doyle is, underneath his handsome façade, a broken man who’s keeping a secret from not only Katy, but the world.

The book will be released on Thursday July 30th and has been selected as an Editor’s Pick.

The Pleasure Room-Re-Release

I’ve now self-published The Pleasure Room and here’s a look at the new cover.

It’s available on Amazon but I’ll be adding it to other sites in the next week or so. I’ve also added the first chapter of Pleasuring a Lord, which will be book one in my new series Regency Rakes and Rogues.

Ryan-Book Six-Big Sky County

If you’re following along with the Big Sky County series you’ll know that in book five, Connor, Katy who is Connor’s younger sister, met Cash Doyle who bid on her at the auction. She’s been smitten but he’s a man of mystery. Her own family tree has a few skeletons but Cash tells her it can’t top his. His great, great, great grandma, Gracie, once owned and ran Grantsville’s most successful house of ill repute. When he lets Katy read her journal she’s transported back to a bygone era and the story of the courtship of Gracie and sheriff Ryan Doyle.
