I’m busy working on book 14 of the Kalispell Shifters series. While I’ve been writing the story of Cade and his mate, I got the idea to turn the previous books in the series into a paperback version.
Initial thought was to go with one book but realized that was a bad idea because it would make it thousands of page long. My new plan is to divide them up and book one, containing The Bear’s Mate, Bringing Home the Bear, and Loving the Bear is now available for sale at Amazon. (I’ll add more sites later once all the books are created).
Here’s the link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08KHS347S/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=vanessa+devereaux&qid=1601917104&s=books&sr=1-1
I’ll be working on book two of the paperback series later this week and will post when it’s live on Amazon.
Hope you like this idea and will enjoy having a physical copy to read.
Almost summer, almost half the year gone and I haven’t kept posting here like I promised.
I also need to sit down and write some new stories but in all honesty with the teaching and coaching, there’s only so much time, and by the end of the day, more words are the last thing my eyes need to see.
I want to get back to my the cowboy stories and I especially want to write more tales of my beloved Kalispell Shifters. I’ve decided that this year will be my last one teaching writing (I’ll still do coaching), because I want to spend time on all my series and I even have an idea for a spin off for the Kalispell Shifters.
In the meantime, I hope (if you haven’t already read them), my re-released back titles. Yes, I now have rights to every book I’ve ever written and it feels great to be in total control. I’ve just added covers of the books that will be released (one a week), through August on the Upcoming Releases page of this site, so I hope you’ll check them out and read the books once they’re published.
In the meantime, here are three covers of stories that I’ve already re-released. Cash from Big Sky County, Protected by the Bear and The Bear’s Baby from Kalispell Shifters. Hope you’ll give them a read and I’ll post again very soon…yes, I promise!
Yes, once again, it’s been a long time since I posted something here.
I forced myself to sit down and write this one about two back titles that I recently released. Two of my beloved Kalispell Shifters stories whose story lines are interconnected. Bear With Me and Reforming The Bear.
And check out these covers, two of my favorites and I’m proud to say I made them myself. I hope you’ll agree that they fit the Kalispell Shifters brand oh so well!
Happy 2020 to you.
Yesterday I re-released my first back title for this new year and it’s The Wolf’s Mate (previously titled A Wolf’s Mate). It’s book six in my Kalispell Shifters series and is a follow up story to Christmas With Two Alphas. It features Nick from that story and in this one, he finds his mate.
If you haven’t already read it, I hope you’ll pick up a copy and follow along with the Kalispell Shifters stories. If you have, then I hoped you enjoyed it.
Here’s look at the cover
Another year is slowly coming to a close. This is the first year I haven’t written a Christmas themed story but I do have a back title I’ve just released. It’s book five in the Kalispell Shifters series. Here’s the new cover I made. I also made it 99 cents. So if you haven’t read it or want to try a Kalispell Shifters story, this is your chance.
Oh, and Maddie, book one in my new Secret Confessions series, will be free on New Year’s Day over at Amazon.
Yes, the bears are back. It’s been about six months since the last Kalispell Shifter story featuring a bear. I know wolves are popular too, but who can resist a sexy bear shifter?
I hope you’ll find the one in Mending The Bear just as bearlicious as the other Kalispell hunks.
This time it’s Ian Mallory who’s the bear hunk in question. He’s been betrayed by his mate and the last thing he wants to do think about is women but along comes new vet in town, Dr. Eve Barclay…
Some of your favorite shifters, including Liam and Ash, are back in this story so I hope you enjoy it. It’s released on Tuesday April 5th and here’s a look at the cover-
I always try to write at least one holiday focused story and this year I’ve penned two.
The first one is Brody for the Big Sky County series. He’s a cowboy on a mission to find his biological father who he hopes still lives in Riker’s Creek. I won’t give away the reason he needs to find him but let’s just say it’s the season of miracles and Brody gets more than he ever wished for when Christmas Day rolls around. This story will be released on November 26th…Thanksgiving Day for those in the US. And a huge thank you to Shannon who offered the name for this cowboy!
The second story is Miracle Wolf for Christmas and it’s part of my Kalispell Shifters series. I know bears are a huge favorite for readers of the series, but this time it’s a wolf shifter who finds his human mate. Once again I tried to focus on the wonderful things that can happen when people least expect it. The release date for this one is December 17th.
Here’s a sneak peek of the cover of Brody-
Thank you to everyone who left a comment on the Happy Birthday Evernight Publishing post. I randomly picked a winner and it’s Kimberly who will receive a copy of my latest release in the Kalispell Shifters series, Bear of Interest.
The holidays are just around the corner and I’ve written a Christmas story for both the Kalispell Shifters and Big Sky County series so this year I’m throwing a 12 Days of Christmas giveaway and everyone who left a comment here will be also entered for that too.
Thanks for stopping by and reading my stories.
All the best, Vanessa D.
If you’ve already read A Bear’s Baby, you already know Brady Walsh’s nemesis, Dr. Cole MacDonald. At the end of A Bear’s Baby, Cole found himself in a predicament. He’d shifted, gone for a run, and stumbled upon the body of a dead woman. Always one to do the right thing, Cole calls 911.
However, in Bear of Interest, he realizes he might have brought trouble to the shifters, especially when forensics find only bear prints near the crime scene, and nothing human. But not all is lost for Cole. The lead detective is Samantha Hardy. She’s got her eye on Cole and not only in a professional way. Can a cop and a bear shifter make the perfect pair?
This book will be released on Wednesday October 7th and remember you can win a copy of it by leaving a comment either on this post or the one about Evernight Publishing’s 5th birthday bash.
Hope you enjoy reading it and here’s a look at the cover-
